However, if you do not have an account, you will need to follow the steps below to create a Kponline account.

1. Go to https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/register website
2. Select Create my account or Create a caregiver account.
3. When you select Create my account, you will need to fill in your region, Health/Medical Record Number (MRN).
4. Fill in Your First Name.
5. Fill in Your Last Name.
6. Fill in Your Date of Birth.
7. Then click Continue and follow the instructions to create an account.

However, you can also create an account as a Caregiver.

4. Fill in your email address.
5. and Click Next. Fill in the required details and proceed to create a KPonline account.

How Can I Log Out from My Kponline Account?

2. Click on the Account option or the human icon at the top right side of the screen.
3. Select Sign Out.
