To sign in on CSUF, you need to launch their website first. How to do that?

  1. First, you need to open your preferred computer or mobile browser to the official CSUF website. Go to fullerton.edu.
  2. From there, select the Portal for Student, Faculty, and Staff at the top left corner next to Menu or click here: https://shibboleth.fullerton.edu/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO?execution=e1s1.
  3. You will then be directed to the login portal where you need to provide your campus username and password. Type the correct login information in the designated fields.
  4. For the password, make sure to type it accurately as passwords are case-sensitive.
  5. Once you have typed the campus username and password, click on Login.
  6. You will be prompted with a Duo Authentication requirement message. The two-factor authentication is used to secure logins.

  1. Students and Faculty need to tick the Remember Me for 5 Days box to stay authenticated.
  2. Remember that the authentication process depends on the type of the device you use.
  3. Click here for student authentication guidelines and here for staff authentication guidelines.
  4. Once login details are correct, you will be directed to your CSUF dashboard.
  5. If this is your first-time login, a Site Tour prompt will appear on the screen to take you to the different portal features.
  6. For first time students and applicants, click on the Create My Campus account link.
  7. For members of the Alumni Association, select the Alumni Portal link to access the alumni portal.
