Issues to sign in UCCS?
- Click in this link: https://kb.uccs.edu/display/KB/Clear+Browser+Cache+and+Cookies if you have trouble signing in. This will route you to a page with basic troubleshooting steps on how to fix the sign in issue.
- Check this link if you need to update your password: https://auth.uccs.edu/adfs/portal/updatepassword/ Key in the needed details to complete the password reset. The new password should meet the requirements and recommendations of a least 12 characters in length. And you are not required to use special characters or use a mix of uppercase and lowercase.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
- If you forgot your password, get help by tapping going to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/?whr=uccs.edu/
- To recover your account, enter your email address or username and the characters shown on the screen.
- Follow the rest of the password reset process by clicking the “Next” button from the same page.
