From your Internet browser, go directly to www.starlink.com.
Here’s a simple guide on how to go about that.
- Navigate the homepage and look for the three horizontal lines at the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the three bars to display the Sign In button or you can click here.
- Here, you will be shown two boxes, the same as most login pages; one for the email or username and one for the password.
- Type the email address associated with your Starlink account. Type it in full. Proceed to put the account password.
- Verify your login details first before you proceed with the login. Once login credentials are double-checked, continue by hitting the Sign In button.
- You will be directed to your account dashboard if all information provided is correct. However, if you forget your login details for some reason, you can always click forgot password link.

And if you have a Starlink but no account, tap or click the Activate Here link: https://www.starlink.com/activate.
- You will be asked to provide your Starlink identifier, a combination of letters and numbers which can be found on the Starlink Kit shipping label or located at the bottom of the Stalink mast.
- Then, select New Account or Existing Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to successfully activate your Starlink account.
