Steps to make the sign in and login
- Here you find the sign-in form on the left-hand side; the right-hand side of the page includes other links.
- There are two main fields to fill in here, the username and the password.
- Once these details are filled in correctly, one can click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
Before one clicks on the sign-in button, there are additional options. For instance, users can choose to save the username. Alternatively, they can also choose to save a username and password. It is the sign-in page for existing users.
Sign in Using OnePass
Alternatively, they can also sign in securely to their account using OnePass encryption technology:
- Find the link for signing in using OnePass on the right-hand side of the login page.
- If you remember your OnePass username and password, key in the details here.
- After that, you will be redirected to your account.
Options to Retrieve West LegalEd Username and Password
In case users wish to retrieve their login information, they can do the following:
- Those who are unable to remember their username can click on the link “Forgot Username”.
- It will redirect users to a retrieve username site.
- Here users are prompted to key in their registered email address.
- After that, they can click on the Recover Username button; related information will be emailed to their email address.
To recover one’s password the steps are:
- Click on the link “Forgot Password” found at the top of the password field.
- It redirects users to another page.
- Here they are asked to key in the email address they had registered with.
- Once they click on the Reset Password button it will send a reset link to their email address.
